Tier 2 Sponsor Licence
Below is an overview of the two main UKBA Sponsor Licences allowing UK employers to sponsor overseas workers.
Tier 2 (General) Sponsor Licence
The Tier 2 (General) Sponsor Licence is needed for employers wanting to sponsor skilled migrants from outside the EEA.
Tier 2 (Intra-Company Transfer) Sponsor Licence
The Tier 2 (Intra-Company Transfer) Sponsor Licence is needed for international companies who want to transferred skilled staff to a UK branch, either on a long-term basis or for frequent short visits.
Tier 2 Sponsor Support Service
The support service for Tier 2 Sponsors will help you to fulfil your sponsor duties and responsibilities by taking over the administration of the Sponsorship Management System and the assigning of Certificates of Sponsorship to your overseas staff.
