What is it?
We check employee’s or potential employee’s permission to work in the UK
Who is it for?
Any employer who wants to check if the document(s) of an employee suffice as proof of permission to work in the UK and if they provide an excuse for the employer against penalties from the UK Border Agency.
Why is this service useful?
It is your duty to check if an employee is allowed to work, regardless of where they come from (UK/EEA or overseas). This service will give you reassurance that you meet the UK Border Agency requirements and avoid hefty fines.
What is included?
- We check your employee’s documents to ensure that they have the permission to work.
- If a check with UKBA is needed/recommended e.g. when the overseas employee has an outstanding visa application, we will prepare the application for you
