From the 1^st January 2007 Bulgarian and Romania nationals are able to move and reside freely in any EU member state. Bulgarian an Romanian Nationals that want to study in the UK need to obtain a Registration Certificate (Yellow Card) in order to be able to work

You can study any subject or type of course. You can study part-time or full-time

Your Training Provider

Your training provider needs to have a Tier 4 Sponsor Licence or was on the DIUS Register on 30^th March 2009. Please review the lists below to check if your Training Provider is allowed to offer a course to you:
