Tier 4 Student Dependant
This category is for dependants of students who applied under the Tier 4 Points Based System ie. who applied after 31st March 2009
pre-PBS Student Dependant
This category is for dependants of students who applied before 31st March 2009.
These applications our outside the Points-Based System.
Tier 2 Dependant
This category is for dependants of workers under the Tier 2 (General) category
Spouse Visa
This category allows you to join your husband, wife or civil partner who is present and settled in the UK.
Fiancee/Proposed Civil Partner
This category allows you to join your fiancé(e) or proposed civil partner, who is present and settled in the UK. You are normally given a 6 months visa without the permission to work.
Unmarried or Same-Sex Partner
This category allows you to join your unmarried partner or same-sex partner, who is present and settled in the UK.
