This category is for dependants of students who applied before 31st March 2009.
These applications our outside the Points-Based System.
Family members who can make applications as pre-PBS Student Dependants are:
- your husband or wife
- your civil partner
- your children under 18
The following requirements are needed to qualify for this category:
- you need to have adequate accommodation available for your dependants without the recourse to public funds.
- you need to have enough funds available without the recourse to public funds
